How to reach us

Itilo is located in Laconia Prefecture and is about 60 km from Sparti. The journey from Athens takes about 3.5 hours.

Take the exit from the National Road outside Tripoli to the right and follow the road toward Sparti. From there, follow the signs for Gytheio-Areopoli.

About 35 km from Sparti after Aeges, there is a bypass around Gytheio to Areopoli. Before the entrance to Areopoli, take a right on the intersection toward Kalamata.

Passing Limeni and Neo Itilo, you start to climb toward Itilo. Go past the first and second entrance to Itilo and 400 metres past the second entrance, you will find the Petritis Guest House with its characteristic imposing tree at the entryway.

Alternatively, you can reach Itilo from Kalamata. The journey takes about 1 hour.
